We are pleased to inform you that as of January 15 2012, the overall project accomplishment for Tuscany Private Estate Phase I, II and III is 85.00%, 65.00% and 32% respectively. Phase I, II and III is topped-off already. Interior works, painting works and installation of: fixtures for sanitary/plumbing and droppings for fire protection is on-going for phase I (Cluster 1, 2 and 7). For phase II (Cluster 3 and 4), rectification works, exterior painting, electrical conduit and tracing, testing of sanitary/plumbing works and installation of: tiles and fire protection branches is also continuous. Plastering of units and common areas, electrical conduit and tracing, fit-out works and installation of roof trusses and canopy is also on development for Phase III (Cluster 5 and 6).
The project is on progress with accordance to its schedule.
