We are pleased to inform you that as of January 15, 2012, The Bellagio Tower III overall project accomplishment is 99.35% complete. Civil and Structural works are substantially complete. Ongoing work includes topping works at basement 1, rectification of unit owners punch list, painting works and testing and commissioning of Passenger elevator. Testing and installation of remaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems is substantially complete.
