Stamford Executive Residences – (01/15/12)

We are pleased to inform you that as of January 15, 2012, The Stamford Executive Residences Towers I, II and III overall accomplishment is 97%, 91% and 75% respectively. For Tower 1, remaining work includes punch listing of plumbing/sanitary and electrical works. For Tower 2, punchlisting of waterproofing and fire protection works, painting works and installation of: KED risers, blowers, plumbing fixtures and meter base is also continuous. Painting works, application of waterproofing, retouching of architectural works and installation of: tiles, riser, fire protection dropping for heads and electrical box setting is also on development for Tower 3.

 

The project is on progress with accordance to its schedule.
