We are pleased to inform you that as of November 2011, Morgan Executive Residences Towers 1, 2 and 3 overall accomplishment is 71.00%, 44.00% and 27% respectively. Tower 1 and 2 are topped-off already while concreting for Tower 3 is still ongoing. For Tower 1, primer application, waterproofing works and installation of: tiles, glass windows, risers for electrical and branches & droppings for fire protection is ongoing. Shotcrete works at 15th floor is also ongoing while perimeter wall and concreting of building crown is already complete for Tower 2. For Tower 3, continuous work includes slab concreting at 19th floor, preparation for shotcrete works at 11th floor, electrical roughing-ins and sleeving works at 16th floor slab for fire protection.
The project is on progress with accordance to its schedule.
