Morgan Suites Executive Residences – (01/15/12)

We are pleased to inform you that as of January 15, 2012, Morgan Executive Residences Towers 1, 2 and 3 overall accomplishment is 76.00%, 48.00% and 36% respectively. Tower 1, 2 and 3 are topped-off already at roof deck level. For Tower 1, painting works, waterproofing works and installation of: tiles, risers for electrical and branches & droppings for fire protection is ongoing. Shotcrete works, testing of waterproofing and installation of: ceiling frame, soil pipe and cross main line is also on development for Tower 2. For Tower 3, continuous work includes spraycrete works, electrical roughing-ins and installation of: pre-cast, ledges and column claddings.

The project is on progress with accordance to its schedule.
