Eight Forbes Town Road – (Nov 2011)

We are pleased to inform you that as of November 2011, 8 Forbestown Road overall project accomplishment is 16.29% complete. Concreting at Basement 1, 2 and 3 for RC walls, Columns, Shear walls, slabs & beam/girder is substantially done. Concreting works on ground floor to 7th floor columns, shear walls, suspended slab and beam / girder at Tower area is partially done while on 8th floor to 10th floor level was already complete. Suspended slab concreting at 11th floor is also complete. Other ongoing works includes form works, rebar works, CHB wall installation, plastering and rubbed concreting. Fabrication of rebars at off site lay down area is also ongoing.

The project is on progress with accordance to its schedule.
